Hi, I'm Lexi!
I'm a special education pre-k teacher and instructional coach with a master's degree in behavior analysis.
Here's why Pre-K University exists: college doesn't prepare you for this job. You graduate with theory, a binder, and a lot of confidence — and then you walk into a room where a four-year-old is under the table, the paraprofessional is looking at you, and nothing in your coursework covered what to do next. I learned this firsthand—through years of experience, in the room, figuring out what actually works.
