COMMUNITY

Collaborate with teachers who have been there

The behavior you can't crack. The goal you've rewritten four times. The activity that made all your students light up. Bring your questions and ideas.

All of it for the price of an iced latte.

Is this your room?

Yes

This is for you if…

  • You teach pre-k special ed — self-contained, inclusion, or itinerant
  • You're making your own materials at 9pm because nothing off the shelf fits
  • You want strategies grounded in behavior science, not Pinterest
  • There's nobody down the hall who does what you do

Probably not

Skip it if…

  • You want a big library to binge — this is one focused thing a month, on purpose (but don't worry...I am planning something big for next year!)
  • You're after general early childhood content that isn't special ed specific
  • You want the paperwork written for you rather than tools and coaching

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Hi, I'm Lexi!

I'm a special education pre-k teacher and instructional coach with a master's degree in behavior analysis.

Here's why Pre-K University exists: college doesn't prepare you for this job. You graduate with theory, a binder, and a lot of confidence — and then you walk into a room where a four-year-old is under the table, the paraprofessional is looking at you, and nothing in your coursework covered what to do next. I learned this firsthand—through years of experience, in the room, figuring out what actually works.

I'm going to teach you everything your degree didn't cover.
